CLUB CHAMPS - provisional timetable. A few folks have been asking so the rough plan (although not guaranteed) is:
SATURDAY - 100, 300/400, 1500, sprint hurdles
SUNDAY - 200, 800, steeplechase, long hurdles
3000m - probably Sunday but will depend on what athletes are also doing (eg 1500 or S/C)
Throws - if you are entering the Field events Grand Prix then we will try and have your event on the Saturday (email
