The Pitreavie AAC road runners had a good 10K road race on Sunday up at Pitlochry. This was a club championship counter for the road runners and 16 runners headed up the road early Sunday morning.
The weather was ideal and this very scenic, well organised race was a great success.
Graham Gordon finished first for the club (38:15) with Owain Williams close behind (38:36), both finishing in the top 10 overall, Graeme Crane was third home for the team (39:20). Unfortunately there wasn't a team prize but others did pick up prizes.
Suzanne Gray finished first senior female (41:34), Irene Miller was 3rd female V50 (53:35), Laurence Leask was 3rd male V60 (44:19) and Jane Macleod continued her winning streak with a 1st female V60 (52:10).
Others who headed up to Pitlochry included:
Neil Maclachlan, Alan Forbes, Michael Bisset, Campbell Blair, Mandy Cazes, Hayle Quinn, Donald Macleod, Louise Henderson, Laura Muir.
