Aidan Thompson was selected for the East District U17 X-C Team to compete in the Inter-Counties Cross Country Challenge at Birmingham at Saturday. Some of the best X-C runners thoughout the UK take part , representing their county or area.
The East Dist U17 Men turned out to be the stars of the Scottish entrants , taking the U17 title from the best the rest of the UK had to offer.
Aidan was the 3rd counter for the East in 13th place, behind team mates Josh Kerr 7th and Robert Bough 10th.
Well done Aidan - great run against some of the best in Britain.
