Training groups (track & field)

The club is split into various training groups with some specialising in specific events such as jumps or throws. Club nights are traditionally Tuesday and Thursday however depending on the level of athlete some groups train additional sessions.

For coaching sessions on specific events which you can attend in addition to your normal training group session see Specific event coaching.

There are also some coaches who are not members of  PAAC but who train Pitreavie athletes at Pitreavie, for example in throws.

 


Middle Distance

Focus on middle distance (800m upwards)
