Five of the other teams in the League are composite teams, with most of them being made up from five clubs.  Victoria Park Glasgow AC is an amalgamation of two big clubs in the West and Edinburgh AC is an amalgamation of City of Edinburgh AC and Edinburgh Southern Harriers.

Who competes in this league?

At present, female athletes in the following age groups compete in this League.

Under 13 Girls, Under 15 Girls, Under 17 Women, Under 20 Women and Senior Women are combined.

What are the different matches?

There are three matches per year consisting of the same program.

How is the team selected?

At the beginning of the season performances at the Club Championships are taken in to account, however athletes that are unable to compete at the Club Championships are not forgotten.

Thereafter the Team Manager tries to keep up with results from other Leagues, Open Meetings, Schools Meetings and Championships. The Team Manager will always try to assemble the strongest team possible.

How do I know if I am selected?

The Team Manager will attempt to inform athletes of selection at least one week before the next match by handing them a selection slip and timetable.
