The club is split into various training groups with some specialising in specific events such as jumps or throws. Club nights are traditionally Tuesday and Thursday however depending on the level of athlete some groups train additional sessions.

There are also some coaches who are not members of PAAC but who train Pitreavie athletes at Pitreavie, for example in throws.
