To make a booking:
- Login
- Click Calendar
- Check that the slot (date/time) you require is available.
- At the bottom-left of the screen click Add an event
- Enter your name in the subject line , for example John Wands gym booking
- Select the booking type from the Categories drop down list (Either Clubhouse Gym booking or Clubouse cafe booking)
- Set the date/time in the Calendar tab
- Click Save
The booking is added to the calendar. All bookings are easy to see as they are colour coded.
