The annual Christmas handicap organised by John Wands took place in its usual slot on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year. The weather was kind with a cold and crisp morning as the sun split the trees. This is a fun event with everyone entered bringing a small gift to put in the Santa sack.
Aidan Thompson who was last to run the 3.5K route was first to finish and Nicola Moriarty who was first to run was last to finish! The other 30 runners from different training groups in the club finished in the middle.
Sandra and Louisa were on hand to give everyone a well deserved hot chocolate (with marshmallows!) at the end of a great wee social event.
