New Pitreavie AAC Structure

At the recent EGM the members voted for a new structure to be put in place for the running of the club. The new structure consists of a small executive committee plus sub-groups which will allow us to break down the tasks into logical areas to be managed,

The exectutive and sub-groups consist of the following members:

Executive

President - Paul Allan

Vice President - Andy Johnston

Secretary – Jane Graham

Treasurer - Lewis Hunter/Ewan Dyer

Sub-group Liaison - Robert Allan

Coaching Representative - Linzie Marsh

 

Sub Groups

Admin –Secretary plus Norma Bruce, Jane Macleod

Athlete & Youth - Ali Johnston, Christine Marsh

Awards - Louisa Nethery

Clubhouse - Alan Rae, Sharon McHardy, Fiona Keelan (café rota), Lynn Mauchlen

Coaching – Coaching Representative plus all the coaches

Communication & Promotion - Kevin McRoberts, Andy Johnston, Nicola Moriarty, Steve Adam, Milissa Mortimer

Competition - Penny Hicks, Sarah Allan & All the Team Managers

Events - Nicola Moriarty, Bob Dowie, Jacquie De-Pear, Susan Duff, Kathryn Lindsay

Finance – Treasurers plus Dale Ross, Sandra Ross

Fundraising & Social - Kathryn Brechin, Karen Robertson, Sandra Davie, Leah Davie, Chloe Davie

Membership - Fiona Harvey, Jill Rae

Road Runners - Graham Gordon, Campbell Blair

Welfare - Cheryl Sloway, Jim Hunter, Anita Dow, Stewart Dow, Kevin McRoberts, Chris Leitch (Advisor)

As you can imagine there is a lot of work to be done in setting this new structure up and we will communicate as much as possible about progress. The executive committee are meeting on Monday 11th May and the sub-groups are meeting on Saturday 9th May. If you would like to be involved then please invite yourself along to Saturday's meeting which will be an informal get together for all the teams to introduce themselves and look at the task lists.
