The annual membership fees are now due and will be collected via an online system,.
- This is now live and will remain live until Friday 8th Aprill (the day before the club championships)
- At that point entries for existing members will close. There will be no extensions or second chances to join as an existing member
- Anyone who has not joined will not be allowed to compete at the Club Championships. If they have entered the entry fee will not be refunded (and this will be clearly stated in the T&C for Club Championships)
- Each coach will be given a list of athletes for their group who have paid. Non payers who are part of the devloepment groups will be asked to leave the group with immediate effect. Members of other groups will not be allowed to compete for the club, Po10 will be updated to remove the club from the athlete details and payment will be required each time an athlete uses the clubhouse gym or equipment which belongs to the club
- Any late payers will have to re-join as a new member. New members pay a £20 joining fee which covers the cost ofa Club vest or crop top
